RYO OHKI AND REALITY

Good afternoon, Suzanne,

I wanted to ask you a question.  Ryo Ohki has been having ongoing troubles with her front left wrist.  We've taken her in and gotten a few xrays over time.  The only thing they see is what might be a little bone spur, not nothing definite.  The radiologist said everything looked normal otherwise.

So, they are suggesting that we are looking at cartilage breakdown or arthritis.  The suggestion is that we start her on glucosamine and use pain meds as needed when she's extra sore.

So, that all said, I'm looking for a reality check on it to see if that sounds reasonable to you or if you think we should be looking for something else since you know your breed intimately.

Thank you!  PS: Aside of this, both cats are wonderful and have great energy.  Ryo Okhi stayed right around 6 pounds, Reality is about 13 and twice as tall!  *laughing*  showing that Reality is bigger than us all!
